Filenames

Any uploaded files (PDF,images):

• All lowercase
• Remove all spaces
• Memorable names where possible
• If image is for a blog post prefix with yyyy-mm-dd

e.g. IMG_6789.jpg for a blog post becomes:

2017-07-26-IMG_6789.jpg

or even better:

2017-07-26-school-camp-1.jpg

Filing uploaded files

IMAGES:

NEW: For images, just upload directly using the central upload button and they will be automatically resized.

OTHER FILES

e.g. PDF newsletters:

uploads -> pdf -> newsletters -> 2017

PDF Newsletter Naming

yyyy-mm-dd.pdf (e.g. 2017-09-01.pdf)
