Year 5-6 Soccer at Waihi College (20.05.16)

During term 2 soccer for year 5-6 students in the Waihi District Schools region is being played on Friday afternoons from 3.30 p.m. - 4.45 p.m. at Waihi College, our Waihi East School teams East Extreme and East United took part in the third week of their games for the season.

Year 5-6 Soccer Friday 20.05.16

Round 5

East Extreme vs St Josephs win 1-0
East United vs Beach loss 0-10

Round 6

East Extreme vs Waimata win 2-0
East United vs Waikino loss 0-2

POD (players of the day)

East Extreme - Tyler T for good headers and set up a great goal for a team mate. Riley D for an excellent defensive effort.
East United - Jake P for covering a lot of ground, good dribbling skills and clearing the ball well.
