Waihi East Primary School students had been looking forward to their annual ‘Splash ‘n Dash’ swim/run event and school picnic at ANZAC Bay, Bowentown, Waihi Beach. Unfortunately our original day was rained out so we tried again last Friday (8.04.16) and this time with a modified programme, we decided to run our own ‘Amazing Race’ created by our senior school pupils in rooms 1 and 2.
